Daily prices

Rates for children

Children from 0 to 3 years go free when sharing their parents bedroom.
Children from 3 to 12 years get a 30% discount

Price formation

• The indicated prices are per apartment and day for a standard occupancy of 2 persons.
• Tourist tax: The indicated prices are plus 2,40 Euro municipal tax per person and day (from 14 years).
• The prices include kitchen, bathroom and bed linen as well as final cleaning.
• For short stays we charge a surcharge of 10%.
• Free W-LAN in the apartments
• Free bus service throughout South Tyrol
• In winter we have a bus shuttle service, from monday to friday, for free that will pick you up at our house and take you to the ski slopes to Ortisei.

Your request

General Information

• Your reservation is definite after paying an advance payment of 30%of the total price.
• The appartment is available on 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10 am on the day of your departure.
• No discounts if you are delayed on your arrival day or have to leave earlier, full prices will be charged.
• To 1 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival we charge 30% of the price. Less than 20 weeks before arrival: 70 % of total booking price. To save costs and to protect itself we recommend you our "red cock" travel cancellation insurance. ........click here to conclude the assurance.
• Payments are accepted in cash or via bank transfer
• Parking space available.
• Apartments can be rented for an entire season upon request.

How to find us

Coming from Brennero/Innsbruck:
Take the exit at chiusa. At the roundabout, follow the signs to St. Peter in Lajen/San Pietro Laion. At the turn-off, don't go into the village but keep going straight ahead for about 1km. At the first bus stop make a right turn. After about 200m you will reach or farm.

Coming from the south:
Take the motorway exit at Bolzano Nord and follow the road until Waidbruck where you find a round about. Follow the exit to Gröden/Gardena. At the village of Pontives there is another roundabout, take the exit to San Pietro Lajon. After 1kilometer, you will see a Bus stop on the left hand side. Make a left turn, after about 200m you will reach or farm.
